The Quarry at Groveland is a newly constructed multifamily community featuring 192 one-, two- and three-bedroom residences across four apartment buildings.
Lehmann Construction contributed commercial finish carpentry throughout the development, coordinating installations across multiple buildings, residential units and shared spaces. A project of this scale required organized material distribution, consistent quality control and careful coordination between field teams and the general contractor.
The community combines contemporary apartment interiors with a 5,100-square-foot clubhouse, fitness center, collaborative workspaces, swimming pool and outdoor gathering areas. Each phase demanded consistent execution to ensure that the detailing and finish quality remained uniform throughout the development.
