Benchmark at Rye

Benchmark at Rye is an assisted living and memory care community located at 295 Lafayette Road in Rye, New Hampshire. The project expanded the existing senior living campus with a new two-story, 60,000-square-foot addition containing 70 assisted living residences.

The new neighborhood includes studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments designed to provide residents with a comfortable and supportive living environment. Community amenities include a dining room, bistro and bar, family kitchen, hair salon, fitness center, physical therapy and wellness spaces, recreation room, club room, and multiple outdoor patios.

Lehmann Construction contributed commercial finish carpentry services throughout the expansion, including interior trim, cabinetry, millwork, doors, hardware, and detailed finish installations within the residential units and shared amenity spaces.

Senior living construction requires careful planning, consistent craftsmanship, and close attention to accessibility, safety, and the daily needs of residents and staff. Our management team coordinated installation sequencing, workforce allocation, materials, field conditions, and quality control to maintain the construction schedule and deliver consistent results throughout the project.

Benchmark at Rye reflects Lehmann Construction’s ability to execute detailed commercial finish carpentry in active senior living environments where organization, communication, precision, and on-time delivery are essential.
