The Commons in Lincoln is a luxury senior living community offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation services in Lincoln, Massachusetts. The campus expansion combines new construction and renovations to create additional apartments, cottages and residential amenities while respecting the community’s established architectural character and natural surroundings. Lehmann Construction contributed commercial finish carpentry services throughout the project, coordinating its work across multiple residential buildings and units. Every installation required consistent quality, careful attention to architectural details and close coordination with the general contractor and other trades. Working within an active senior living campus also required thoughtful scheduling, organized material management and a disciplined construction process designed to minimize disruption to residents while maintaining progress across the project.
